Welded clevis cylinders are heavy-duty hydraulic components designed for demanding applications. With their compact profile, strong weld construction, and high-pressure performance, they’re ideal for mobile equipment, off-road vehicles, and OEM systems that require reliable force in rugged conditions.

What is a Welded Clevis Cylinder?
A welded clevis cylinder features end mounts — typically a female clevis — welded directly to the cylinder body. This eliminates the need for tie rods, making the design more compact, durable, and suitable for tight spaces or high-load applications.
The rod clevis end is an adjustable, screw-on component made from high-strength steel. Combined with a ductile iron piston and gland, the assembly is built to operate reliably in extreme environments including oil & gas, agriculture, manufacturing, material handling, and transportation sectors.
Key Benefits of Welded Clevis Cylinders
• High-pressure capacity – up to 3000 PSI
• Compact welded construction – no tie rods to loosen or fail
• Adjustable screw-on clevis rod ends
• Long service life in tough environments
• Compatible with mobile, industrial, and custom hydraulic systems
Typical Applications
Welded clevis cylinders are used in:
• Tractors and agricultural implements
• Construction equipment (skid steers, loaders)
• Forklifts and material handling systems
• Oil & gas field equipment
• Utility and dump trailers
